Sailing to Hawaii on a cruise ship and then getting married at your first port-of-call 3 hours after you arrive can give you slight symptoms of anxiety and temporary nail biting frenzies… “Will the ship arrive on-time?… Will the weather be good?… Will we be able to arrive in Kahului at all due to rough seas?
The answer to all of the above was YES, and the Limo was there waiting for us when we arrived! Peggy and Mike didn’t miss a single detail. Makena Beach was beautiful; Mike and the photo crew were absolutely AWESOME! The traditional Hawaiian ceremony was stunning and very heartfelt. The biggest directors in Hollywood couldn’t have created a more beautiful day, setting, or ceremony.
Peggy and Mike didn’t treat us like a customer… on that magical day and the weeks before, we were family! I made calls to several different wedding businesses on Maui and throughout Hawaii. When Peggy answered the phone that first time, I knew immediately where we were going and who we were going to trust to make our special day the very best.
Dawn and I are going to have our vows renewed every year in Maui with Peggy and Mike making it happen. What an incredible start to a wonderful friendship!
